Kudler fine foods offer a great selection of foods ranging from fresh baked breads to fine wines. Along with the wonderful experience of shopping, Kudler also has a knowledgeable staff that is very helpful when choosing the right product for your money. The following paper will discuss the importance of marketing research at Kudler’s and identify the Kudler’s Foods marketing strategies and tactics. Additionally, this paper will entail the areas where other marketing research can be helpful to Kudler’s Fine foods and how to improve the company’s competitive intelligence and analysis in the marketing strategy and tactics.

Kudler’s Strategy:

Kudler Fine Foods has since grown because of Mrs. Kudler’s vision of gourmet foods. Mrs. Kudler has continued to expand this entity by directly doing the hiring, ordering and managing in this company. Developing competitive advantages involves strategic awareness that companies focus on Mrs. Kudler exhibits on a combination of different strategies that focus more on cost and leadership. Also response tactics such as development, effectiveness and consumer location are also recognizable.

The striking qualities of the product show a guarantee to epicurean foods which emphasis on plans to purchase directly from homegrown farmers that will attain better price. A store location which is advance, data applications which is internal efficiency and special ordering which is customer oriented is all examples of the added response strategies. The strategies for Mrs. Kudler to perform effectively and implement her plans should include well-organized resources, cost control, and variation.
