1. Abstract

Pizza Hut, one of the world’s best known fast food franchises of Yum! Brands, is the most famous pizza brands in China. It gets a great success for setting its feet to China and promoting its products in our country. Till now, there are about 350 Pizza Hut in China, and according to their plan they will enlarge the number of the restaurant up to 500. They provide three kind of services in China including Full Service Restaurants (Pizza hut canteens), Home Service Restaurants (Pizza hut delivery), and Restaurant Based Delivery (Pizza hut express). We analyse its marketing mix through product, price, promotion, and distribution. After that we do research on why Pizza Hut could be so successful, what are their weaknesses, and from where they can look for opportunities. And then we compare Pizza Hut with its two main competitors so that we know its threats clearly. Through the above analysis we have done already, we give our evaluation and suggestion so that on the one hand we know more about Pizza Hut, on the other hand we could see...
