• A new report of physical abuse was made on Ms. Latara Bennett. The report stated that Ms. Bennett slapped a child in the home with her and hit him with a rifle in the head. She also hit her child Elycia in the stomach.

• Ms. Latara Bennett mother also live in the home with Tiffany Rembert.

• Tiffany Rembert has custody of Kwaunte Rembert.

• Kwaunte Rembert is the child that Ms. Latara Bennett alleged slapped, and hit with the rifle.

• The incident happened at Tiffany Rembert home.

• Ms. Latara Bennett mother did not note any injuries to the children, but were asked to call the police.

• Kwaunte is currently living with an aunt at 559 41st street north 35222.
