The Boeing Corporation contains to big parts, the Commercial airlines and the integrated defense system. The Boeing Company employs over 150,000 people all over 71 countries. This makes it somewhat complicated to execute management planning properly. The Boeing Corporations HR is very important to the function and needs to understand the business plan of the company. Personnel type as well as quantity demands forecast is a complicated part of HR planning. Managers in Human resource are required to figure out which employees and how many are needed to carry out Boeings organizational planning.

The Boeing Business happens to be one of the United States second largest aerospace and defense as well as the biggest exporter contractor in the world. Management inside of the Boeing Corporation utilizes the four functions of management starting with the planning function. The Boeing Corporation is very big and is well known throughout the world for dealing with various responsibilities. Responsibilities that factor in and have an impact on the corporations management planning are legal, ethical and social. The corporation happens to also deal with factors that have impact on the strategic, tactical, operational, and contingency planning.
