Along with the country, Vietnam economy has entered the period of new development: changing from economy with bureaucracy central planning to market economy with macro management of the Government. Market mechanism has created favorable conditions for the boost of security market. Accordingly, many banks were born to make Vietnam finance market grow up in strength and stability. Among them, LIEN VIET BANK has made strong development steps in operation and business activities. It’s on the way to define their position in finance and banking segment in Vietnam. Lien Viet Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LienViet Bank) was granted its operation license No 91/GP-NHNN on March 28 2008 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam and became the first newly established joint stock commercial bank since 1993.

At present, LienVietBank is ranked fourth amongst 36 commercial joint stock banks in Vietnam.

I was very lucky to have a chance to do my internship in a developing and dynamic bank like Lien Viet, specifically, in Trieu Viet Vuong Transaction Office –Thang Long Branch Hanoi city.
