The changeover for black and white television just basically involved to colour. Which in this process of breaking the colour to different shades of red, blue and green and the television reveals different dots by shading different the dots with the primary colours. Colour Televisions was already invented 30 years through the 1970’s and 1980’s was a characterized era of growth and evolvement because of the addition of a few new and mouth watering at the time technologies like the satellite delivery of programming. For example at the start of colour television has introduced but there was only few colour programming. And at the start of the1970’s most network programming was in colour. But still not every household had colour television at the time. Broadcasting systems where all analogue and with a massive antennas on the roofs of the house to pick up the signals, in the UK PAL TV system was used. It is also used throughout Europe, some of the African countries, China and Australia as well. NTSC is another common broadcaster, which is used in America and Japan. PAL is said to have a grater resolution than NTSC and also known to have a better quality because is a newer invention. VCR where very popular in the late 1970’s, when companies developed more technically advanced machines with more accoutre timers and greater tape duration, and then the VCR started to become a mass market consumer products. The format for a VCR is VHS tape which were introduced around 30 years ago. People finally could record television and I could imagine how many people recorded the Queens speak in the late 1970’s.

There has been a massive development in television technology to date. The time when first televisions where released, which was a simple device with having a small rounded screen, a simple receiver and a undemanding speaker.
