Introduction
When media events discovered negative issues, Kudler Foods has requested that Extreme Relations develop and execute a public relations plan to help them remain on the “food-market map”. The accusations were conceivably discrediting and included; altering proprietary labels, altering expiration/freshness dates, and supporting racial discrimination practices related to customer service. Research identified that all the accusations were true with the exception of supporting racial discrimination practices. Management has some blame by allowing the discrimination to continue among the staff without any obvious reasoning. The disgruntled public has been identified and a study on how an assertive public relations plan will affect marketing has been completed. Based on these results, Kudler Foods is arranged to move forward with an Extreme Relations plan. The plan will encompass a predetermined plan and appraise the projected success rates, reexamine the public and establish a method in which to associate with each person, compose a press release and a proposition, develop a tactical plan, and lastly process the businesses scope of the promotion.
Promotion Objectives/Tactical Plan
Extreme Relations obligation is to support Kudler Foods with detecting and correcting poor practices that tarnished their image in the marketplace. Half the battle has been one, through diplomatic and complete research; Kudler Foods knows what unacceptable practices truly exist.
Press Conference
A press conference will be the first on the schedule. Kudler’s Fine Foods wants to supply a press release and open communications with the public, reestablish credibility.
