It is true that hiring qualified and highly motivated staff will address employee performance effectively. Hiring a qualified and motivated staff is the best way to effectively improve the employee performance hindrance issue to the development and productivity of employees. I feel that the employees are the key and most important aspect of any company if you don’t have quality employees your organization will not run smoothly.

According to a recent Article in the Journal of Financial planning… “Engaged employees are also satisfied employees.” When dealing with a business, we must treat it as if it was a flower. With Nurture and care, it shall grow strong and succeed in life, even when there are bumps in the road ahead. According to online resources, even though hiring a great individual on paper looks and sounds good it could end up costing a thriving company more in the end due to the fact that training is highly expensive, but also there is a possibility for failure, which is always a risk for any business.(streetdirectory.com)

This risk isn’t just associated with the possibility that they will react poorly to the task given to them but also to the fact that they can have a negative effect on the company as a whole.

According to (performance-apprasials.org) there are two main causes of performance problems the first has to do with employee characteristics. Employee performance is based on the following: employee skill levels, motivation ability, training, and other factors that belong at least in part, to the employee. When trying to identify the causes of poor employee performance even something like poor employee motivation something that would appear on the surface to be related to employee characteristics is heavily influenced by the work environment.
