Dysbiosis or poor digestive function is a serious digestive problem that can lead to multiple negative effects to the digestive tract for example poor absorption of nutrients, compromised immune functions, chronic infections, food sensitivities or allergies, progressive deterioration of the intestinal wall leading to leaky gut syndrome, irritable bowl syndrome, and system inflammation which can contribute to heart disease, joint pain, and skin disorders. Many do not know that poor nutrition can lead to so many underlying problems. Our bodies have over three pounds of friendly bacteria that lives in our digestive tract particularly the small intestine. Thankfully there are remedies for Dysbiosis. Minimize your intake of sugars, wheat and diary. Eat nutritious meals with an added nutrient supplement.
