Last but not least, we would also like to thank Ms. Reem qureshi (Marketing Manager) of Nando’s for giving us her precious time and providing us with valuable information regarding the company.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report covers the new product development Practices at Nando’s Pakistan. The food industry is reasonably unattractive as there are already various restaurants and café’s in major cities of Pakistan. Nando’s is doing better in few areas than its competitors and relatively bad in others.The three main strategies that Nando’s can pursue are: Market Development, Product Development and Backward Integration. We as a student’s of new product development are assigned to implement few strategies to come up with a new product line with in a company and revive the entire concept and implement that concept related to the business. We came with a new product development in the business of nando’s i.e turkey.
