describe the distinctive morphologic features that separate leiomyosarcomas from other tumors more commonly found in the adrenal gland. identify possible differential diagnoses. discuss the optimal use of immunostains in resolving the differential between leiomyosarcomas and morphologically similar tumors of the adrenal gland. compare and contrast adrenal gland leiomyosarcomas and other retroperitoneal sarcomas in terms of morphology and immunostaining.
