Throughout everyone’s life, we are always establishing many new relationships, weather this is through people places or events, through a good encounter with conflict or even through a bad one. Some people build strong relationships like life long partners or best friends or even a professional relationship for work. On the other hand some people are left to wilt and die, like you loosing friends due to an issue such as lack of money, lack of popularity or even style. All of these are made, created and dishonoured or discontinued just by the single encounter of conflict.

When confronting the conflict it may or may not be easy in its different forms too. Some forms can come from a range of places like work, the family home, school or even at an activity or an event. Sometimes it could be over a phone conversation, a note left on paper or even in many different places like on the internet, in the news paper or even magazines.

Interpersonal conflict is a dispute between two or more people and can occur in every day lives and is not as big but people can also see the massive effects it sometimes can cause by something that may or may not be voluntary but is still in their hands to fix either way. For example of getting into little conflict as little as: some one just saying “I saw those people do that” or “I heard this person pooped his pants in the 4th grade what a looser”. This type of thing is found in a school yard and depicted by what most people would call bullies. This can be really bad conflict. Another example can be winning a popularity contest, “Showgirl of the year belongs to” the announcers shout over a crowd of hundreds “Madison Wilston”. Later on the week people soon come to adore the girl of that particular town and wanted to be friends with her. The conflict from the competition has a positive outcome.
