1.In 1990s, the Japanese economic bubble burst and the economic were decline. Many company were been influence. As a result of this, lots of people which remain the traditional Japanese value were been fired. When the economic were resurgence, the younger employees who in the generation that was born after 1964s had the bigger competitive advantage than the elder worker. Their value was more likely the western employees: didn't like to stay in a same enterprise all the lifetime and preferred to change a better position and job which called the "salary men". They were no longer work for the faith of loyalty of their company. what they pursue was more reality--more income, better benefit and livelihood.

2.Firstly, the japan's changing culture will make some adjustment to their incentive mechanism. The bonus associate with the performance will be widely used and the lifetime incentive system will be weeded out in the future. secondly, company will prefer use the people that own a better actual performance to the people that own a longer lifetime to be the senior manager.

Thirdly, the Japanese firm will be more open to the investor. The foreign employees will be more welcomed than before.

This changing of culture may lead a prosperity to the japan's economy. Japan are shift it's collectivism into individualism. Employees will no need to sacrifice it's own need or benefit to support the structures of collectivist societies. Therefore, they can take more attention to individual needs and higher disposable income through the job-hunting on higher-pay preference. the higher disposable income means the people have a stronger consuming ability. This ability can be a energy of economy growth and become a virtuous circle.

3.In the 1990S and 2000S. The tradition value was weak in the mind of the younger generations.It wasn't be a liability to the employees any more.Instead of this, it became a way of encouraging on emotion.
