Overall Job Purpose |

Coordinate and handle all Human Capital & Planning related issues in the Plant, including but not limited to the Training Logistics, selecting & assessing suppliers, recruitment activities. Acts as user’s support and contact person to OHR on all related issues to the utilization of the HR Platforms. |

Major Responsibilities / Key Activities |

* Coordinate & follow up, on the design & implementation of the training programs that support the managerial & technical training required for all employees. * Coordinate institutional platforms implementation. * Participate in Preparation of the training plan for the employees in the plant in coordination with the OD manager in Cairo. * Maintain Plant employees’ Training & Development Records. * Select qualified training suppliers to provide proper services to meet the company requirements and evaluate the suppliers' services. * Assist the HR department members in all HR related matters. * Maintain the candidates & providers data base, follow-up and evaluate providers' services. * Provide qualified candidates to fill the vacancies in the plant through professional selection process. * Coordinate & follow-up the summer internship program implementation and select the qualified candidate for the program. * Prepare the estimated budget for the training & recruiting cost center and follow up the expenses. |
