When leaders talk about their vision for the company, trying to pass on their passion through their vision. Employees will feel it and want to work with leaders. Third, learning to be a great decision maker. How to make and implement major decisions in a company is difficult and important. For leaders, they need to talk to their management team and create a list of advantages and disadvantages to help them make the best decision. However, after consulting, leaders must implement those decisions. If they try to change or forget decisions, no one will follow them in the future. Fourth, being a team builder. Leaders can hand off responsibility to their team and let a team to run with it. If projects didn’t achieve goals, leaders can’t punish or blame your team. The good way is that rising employees’ occasion and inspiring their confidence. When suffering emergency hits, teams will become your strong supporters. Fifth, having character. To be a leader, you must know what is your character, because your innate character strengths and limitations play an important role in your leadership style.
