Introduction

In this era, competition among employees to obtain better jobs is very strict. A lot of competition that must be passed. Employees who works regularly will not get anything more than the employees who works more than other.

The factors that affecting the employee obtaining higher job is about character, job fit, and promotion. Higher employment will not be achieved if one of these factors are not met.

Character is talk about how our attitudes, what we do in the company. How’s character that company want from us. Job fit is talk about what jobs that match with our personality. If we choose the wrong jobm it will greatly affect what we do. Automatically it will make our work bad. Promotion is talk about increasing the portion of our jobs, increasing responsibilities, and achieving a better or higher job position.

Because of the importance of this things, then I will discuss it in this essay. This essay will discuss more about what is character, what is job fit, what is promotion, and what is the relationship of those three things.

According to the dictionary, character means:

1. A distinctive trait;

2. Behavior typical of a person or group;

3. Moral strength;

4. Reputation.

Character is an evaluation of a particular individual's moral qualities. It can also imply a variety of attributes including the existence of lack of virtues such as integrity, courage, fortitude, honesty and loyalty, or of good behaviors or habits.
