1. The company’s name and its type of business

Nestea is a trademark of Nestle. Nestle is a multinational packaged food company founded and headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. It resulted from a merger in between the Anglo-Swiss Milk Company for milk products and the Farine Lactee Henri Nestlé Company set up by Henri Nestle to provide infant food product. Nestle USA is part of Nestle S.A., the world’s largest food and beverage company. The company offers hundreds of products, including chocolate and confections, beverages, infant formula, juices, milk products, pet food, prepared foods, and sports nutrition. Nestle bottled water brands and ice creams are distributed in the US by separate subsidiaries. Nestle USA beverages are distributed by Nestle Company’s beverage department in the United States and by Beverage Partners Worldwide (BPW), a joint venture between The Coca Cola Company and Nestle, in the rest of the world.
