Private Line Automatic Ringdown (PLAR)

Set up a private line automatic ringdown (PLAR) connection between two FXS ports on the same gateway. Pick up one phone and the other rings. There is no need to dial any digits. Port 1/0/0 has extension 7777. Port 1/0/1 has extension 4000.
