1. A) This would not help save the elephants at all. With fewer tusks in the market, the price for each tusk increases and that would mean poachers would hunt and kill more elephants to make the most profit with the now even more expensive tusks.

B) It would help save the elephants if they were privatizes or personally owned just like the alligators and crocodiles were at one time when they built farms to breed them. Also there could be heavy poaching laws enforced.

2. A) This will help but at the same time not help. Black rhinos will be safer from poachers in a sense that there is no need for a black rhino with out any horns but it will make them more vulnerable towards predators in the wild. Poachers may even shoot and kill them because either they do not know they do not have horns or just to do it in spite as some sort of protest. The price of horns would increase because fewer horns will be available.

B) You could help save rhinos they same way you can help save elephants by passing strong laws or privatizing the land that rhinos live on.

3. The arguments of privatization of national parks are one side says the parks and the wild life within the parks will be taken care of kept preserved but at the same time people now can sometimes be charged money to see something that was originally for everyone. This could become aggravating to people. When roads are privatized the owners have the right to put up tolls. These tolls cam be used for preparing the roads and making them last longer as well as making them easier and faster for travelers who use those roads.
