This research will enhance future investment and will provide the buyer will positive and negative feedback to make the correct decision because purchasing a house is a vital decision in a person life.

B.  A poll of students at Metro University on their preferences among three candidates who are running for president of the student government.

I think the most proper method to conduct this survey is to use self-regulated survey via the Metro University website. For a polling process the survey should be reliable, conservative, and quick. The benefit of using a web survey is that the participants will feel anonymous; therefore conveying their opinion becomes easier. There will be no need for personal interviewer since the survey is simple and does not need intensive explanation.
