My name is Tongela Harling-Lagroon. This is my tenth year as an educator in the secondary public school setting. I taught business education for four years and this is my sixth year as a guidance counselor.  I earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentration in finance, master’s degree in school counseling and educational specialist in educational leadership. Northcentral University will prepare me for my ultimate goals to become an online professor, director of a department, dean and/or superintendent.  In five years, I will have completed my Ph.D. in business administration with a focus in organizational leadership and will have obtained a job as an online professor and/or management position.
