The issue that I found is in regards to the President Barack Obama. During many of Mr. Obama campaigns he selected to modernize health care by making all health records standardized and electronic. His reason for such a high demand was because it will cut waste, eliminate red tape, and reduce the need to repeat expensive medical tests. By incorporating electronic health records it will also save lives by reducing the deadly but preventable medical errors that pervade our health care system. The change to electronic medical records has brought up some issues with compliance, privacy, and security. Patient’sconfidentiality is one major problem as to the correct way to secure the records, and keeping the patient’s medical information private from others getting a hold of it and sell it to those that do not have permission. Having all these issuesand more knocking at the door daily the transition fully has been slightly delayed. Although there is many not completely happy about this ideal it still seems that as soon as all glitches are figured out there will be no question that electronic medical records will be the new thing for all medical facilities. In many efforts to improve and work out some of the problems the President has proposed several ideas for the system to work, but with so many negative tongue lashings the ideal has become unknown as to whether or not any of the ideals the President has will correct and improve some of the issues withstanding..
