Gary, I just heard that Space Technology will be putting out an RFP for Orion Shield by the end of this month with a thirty-day response time. I've been waiting a long time for this to come along so I can experiment with some ideas of my own.

This is going to be my baby all the way, and I want you to head up the proposal team. It has to be an engineer. I'll make sure that you get a good proposal manager. If we start working now, we can get close to two months of research in. That'll give us a month's edge on everyone else.

We're only in trouble if the customer finds out. Let the proposal state that the design will be operative up to 155 degrees. That'll please them.

Look, Gary, the truth doesn't win proposals. I picked you to head up this effort because I thought that you'd understand. I could've just as easily selected an "ethical" project manager. I'm considering you for program manager after we win, but if you're going to pull this conscientious crap on me, I'll find someone else.

Henry main focus was just to win the contract in any means necessary because of this project would allow him to incorporate personal ideas he always wanted to experiment.
