General Electric is a global finance service and diversified technology Company, it renowned for hiring exceptional people and giving those unparalleled opportunities to build their careers and capabilities (GE Co, 2010), the corporate gives employees healthcare and retirement of benefits and pension of founds also offers thousands of opportunities in career. This assignment explores how General Electric performed in relation to the employment in the United States. It examines the benefits in the working conditions, showing both strengths and weaknesses in manipulation and impact on the employment and stakeholders.
