Spiritual Growth My experience is that when one makes constant spiritual growth important the other areas of life are not as stressful. This is my first value, because I believe that our ability to succeed long-term is rooted in one’s on-going spiritual growth. When you take your eyes off self and focus on your Creator it centers you.

Stable Family After ensuring a healthy spiritual life it is important to also prioritize family (close & extended) After being centered. Having a rich, vibrant family life is next important. The phrase that a man’s home is his castle is true. However, if that man’s family life is in disarray the castle can easily turn into a prison. That’s why this is my second value.

Consistent Improvement Life is always changing. One should commit themselves to remaining in a state of improvement either in their career or education or any area of their lives. This is my third value, because I believe that we can pledge to always improve ourselves. Rather than loosing one’s edge one can seek to always get better and not settle for good enough.

Sustainable Health The goal is to stay in a constant position of health. Sometimes there are circumstances that are out of ones control. However, as much as possible one should strive to keep themselves healthy Time is working against us all. This is my fourth value because I value my health for the sake of living out the values listed here. It is inevitable that Life is going to get us all; however, I am going to make Life and Father Time work harder to get me!
