The writer will address the failure of George W. Bush Administration, how Organizational Behavior theories could explain or predict the failure of management with George W. Bush Administration, compare and contrast management failures with leadership failures that could have occurred and the impact of the company’s structure (The Failed Corporate Record of George W. Bush 2004).

The White House that Bush Built

Most organizations who have failed in recent years attribute the economic decline due to the Bush Administration. Corporations have suffered due to greed and power, high oil prices, bad banking business, U.S. Housing Market and the glut of foreclosed homes, creating high paying jobs in foreign countries, and company bailouts has been among the main factors that has sent our country into a recession (The Failed Corporate Record of George W. Bush 2004)

The United States has felt the effects of businesses failing, as it struggles with the high percentage of unemployment due to layoff because businesses and consumers are unable to get loans to expand day to day operation (Los Angeles Times August 13, 2007). “From New York to Frankfurt to Tokyo, markets were shaken by being afraid that Americans were failing to maintain their mortgage payments and the effects it could have on the global banking and financial system (Los Angeles Times Archive August 12, 2007 pg 1).” Over the past two terms that George W.
