CASE STUDY ANSWERS:

1. For me, I did not agree that business travel will be instinct because not all businesses should always defend on video conferencing even if the technology is increasing which means that there is a risk that they can have the travel business extinct they still need to meet the partners, suppliers and clients face-to-face because for me meeting them face-to-face can have them a close friend’s relationship were they can have a good business deal, handshaking and they can understand well the discussion of their business. They can also use it only for important events for their busy schedule were they can’t go travel.

2. The distinction between videoconferencing and telepresence is that the videoconferencing is a system that that enables people in various places around the world to have a meeting by seeing and hearing each other on a screen while the telepresence is an extension of videoconferencing; both systems allow for transmitting audio and video data, document sharing, computer displayed information and it is the integrated video and visual environment that allows a person to give appearance of being present at allocation other than his or her physical location. It differs because telepresence creates a more "in person" meeting experience over a converged network.

3. The value that the business can have through the videoconferencing is that it allows individuals to communicate more location simultaneously without leaving your place and it enables more employees to work closer to home and balance their work and personal lives more efficiently; traditional office environments and corporate headquarters may shrink or disappear; and freelancers, contractors, and workers from other countries will become a larger portion of the global economy.
