I am a Network Administrator with Parker Corp, writing to obtain permission to use screenshots of Office software application, Microsoft Power Point. The Screenshots would be used to train new hires on the correct use of Power Point on our Network Projects.

I plan to limit the use of the screenshots to new hires only and the manuals, will be used during the training process. The new hires will also keep the user manual to refer back to the screenshot if needed. We are current revamping our training process and this is one of the first steps needed to properly train our new hires to perform at their best, in regards to Power Point. The screenshots will also be used to test the new hires on their knowledge of Power Point upon them being hired.

If the permission department doesn’t have the authority to grant this request, I would appreciate any information you can provide concerning the correct contact. Please specify here any additional source from which permission must be obtained.
