Strategic Directions with Marketing Dashboards
We, as Pro-builder Plus, will use a marketing dashboard as part of our marketing plan. Since the marketing dashboard will display much essential information related to our marketing objective, the dashboard will be essential in achieving the objective. The dashboard will include up to date information on money that is coming in from sales and also money that has been spent and money that is being spent. The dashboard will be important in keeping all financial information in an orderly fashion for our company, Pro-Builder Plus, which will be helpful since the values will be actively changing. Our marketing dashboard will visually look similar to a car’s dashboard.
Similar to gauges on a car dashboard, the gauges on the marketing dashboard will help give us information. We can also use the marketing dashboard to make decisions such as financial decisions, and take action regarding different possibilities in the decisions based upon the dashboard. Since the marketing dashboard takes into account the past, the present, and the future, an effective marketing strategy and program can depend on a dashboard.
As Pro-builder Plus, we have designed unique graphs and tables as an aid to our marketing dashboard. These graphs and tables are easy to understand and interpret. Marketing metrics have been established also to aid the dashboard and act as a measurement to compare the quantitative objectives that we have established in our marketing plan.
Organizational Structure and Strategies
In order to market Pro-builder Plus, we have developed an organizational structure. This structure consists of the Board of Directors, corporate-level strategy, business unit-level strategy and functional-level strategy. As with all organizations, the lower-level goals must contribute to achieving goals at the next, higher level.
