The goal of system design should be build a system that satisfies business requirements. Good design will anticipate errors, detect them early as possible make it easily correctable and prevent them from damaging the system itself, which will have lower maintainance cost in future and which can be easily designed.

Designing a parameter while design the system architecture that user can enter value whenever the query is run, which provides flexibility , enables users to access information easily and costs less.

Technology and business processes have changed rapidly over the last 20 years. In your opinion, have the technology changes driven the business changes, or have the business changes driven the technology changes? Explain your answer.

I believe the technology changes driven the business changes.The rate of change in regards to technology has increased drastically. Businesses processes have changed and made organizations more efficient. At the same time, technology has opened lines of communication, allowing businesses to communicate and connect to people better, and overall act faster in the "flattened" marketplace of today's global, internet economy.

1. Technology has made business faster: Personal computers and the Internet have revolutionized the way we work. E-mail interactions have replaced memos, phone calls, and faxes. Smartphones can connect you with your entire business network while you are out of the office, allowing you to respond quickly.

2. Technology has allowed for far-reaching collaboration

The Internet has allowed geographically dispersed teams to virtually meet from anywhere in the world. Conference calling, video conferencing, e-mail, cloud computing, Skype, and instant messaging have flattened the world.

3. Technology has flattened the marketplace
