Recently many article identify diversity in the organization has many advantages (Tossi, 2004). According to the Cox (1994), diversity refers to the people differ from one another in ways. In this perspective, is diversity management really benefits for organization?

Firstly, the diversity in management lead the competing effectively in the employment. According to the Kramar (2011), many surveys in Australian indicated the difficulties for company recruit or perverse the employees is because of the increasing competition from overseas resulting the high turnover in the organization. Therefore, the diversity allowance in the company can attract more skilled labour, then the employees in the organization will have pressure and put more effort into the jobsthus increase the employees work effectiveness and more contribution to the organization.

Secondly, the diversity management can provided better services or products to the customers. As the globalization in the market, the diversity management can help organization more effectively reflect customers demand by understand different culture. For example, the American company operate in the China, the hired Chinese staff have better performance than American staff. Furthermore, the diversity in the organization can help international companies managed and adapt the different policies.

Thirdly, the diversity management help companies to facilitates organizational and culture change. As the continuing changes in world market and economics, diversity management can help organizations deal the different emergency situation more adaptable and flexible. This can avoid the phenomenon of "groupthink" by make the organization becoming heterogeneous and every individuals involving in the decision making process. Thereby it will caused the constructive conflict, and reach to consensus at the end.
