What are some of the ways groups of people are identified?

Groups of people are identified differently every day and it has been going on for years.

Take a look at the Jewish people many years ago. This group of people where identified by their large noses and their ability to save money. Germans years ago were another group of people who were identified by their physical features. These people were well known for their blonde hair and blue eyes. African Americans not too many years ago were identified as well by having larger lips.

Although these groups of people were identified in a more negative manor, they were still groups of people who were identified in some ways.

Some other ways that people are identified today is by their appearance, wealth, popularity, and name.

If we look at celebrities, people and the media talk about how attractive and in shape they are plus their fancy homes and cars all because they have money and the ability to have a physical trainer, a personal clothes designer, and a large house and the most expensive vehicles.

Kids in high school is a great group of people to discuss because high school students tend to group people inside these categories’, popular, nerdy, talented, un-popular and the non- existent students. These categories of groups of people in high school are placed in groups based upon if they’re smart, a sports player, beautiful and or ugly.

Lastly, there are people in life who are identified by their last name. Certain families are well known and well respected in life so some of their children are identified by their parents children; some of which who are identified as the kids who can do no wrong.
