Review Exercise 2 on page 80. Each bullet presents a possible health care management error which may have a significantly negative effect on the organization. Describe why each of these may be considered errors. Finally, how might the ideas presented in your reading help you avoid each of these errors? Your written assignment must be 2 pages. Include a minimum of 3 scholarly references in APA format.

In today managing healthcare organizations has been force to develop new ways to manage healthcare organization. Postmodern complex adaptive system has evolved from these changes of healthcare organizations. Before the development of this theory healthcare organizations have been unable to manage healthcare in an efficient and productive manner. From this inefficient management managers began to face new challenges which lead to poor choices, managers made for the companies they represented. First managerial error according to Johnson (2010a) “failing to account for employees’ ability to learn safe machine operation methods by experimenting on their own with ways to speed up production and thereby reduce the effect they are required to use. “(page 80). 1) An employee or vendor who has expertise with new machinery must monitor all the new sets. Failure to get the employees the kind of education or adequate training on the new method can make the company liable for injuries. Badge of honor is a company’s safety. A company safe environment will prompt speed.

Putting all employees through the same orientation program regardless of differences in cultural interpretations of organizational hierarchies and thereby missing the potential for conflict among employees and between employees and management caused by different expectations of roles.
