EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report is about the web programming and online earning of DP Sign. It is prepared to meet the partial requirement of the Bachelor in Computer InformationSystem (BCIS) course under the faculty of management of Pokhara University. Thiskind of project work is an opportunity for us to practice our theoretical knowledge in practical field. I have chosen web programming and online earning because this is oneof the most highly regulated and emerging technical sectors of Nepal and being astudent of Computer Information System I am very concerned to begin my professionin this sector.This report mainly contains four phases or chapters namely as background of thestudy, introduction of the DP Sign, Strategic Business Units Analysis and Summary& Recommendations.It includes the background of the study, that explains why the report is prepared, andto whom it is submitted or who authorized the report. This report contains theintroduction of the DP Sign, its functions and organizational structure.This report also contains the Strategic Business Units Analysis where analysis of thedifferent departments, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Five S’s of Work PlaceOrganization have been done. The strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of theDP Sign’s are analyzed. The analysis showed how political, economic, social andtechnological changes influence the organization.The summary part contains the overall summary of the study process and progress.The recommendation part contains some of suggestions and recommendation to DPSign for maintaining effective and efficient performance and maintaining the longterm Customer Relationship. The conclusion part contains the conclusions that I havemade from the study.In a nut shell, DP Sign is a learning organization, it not only provide a learning platform to its employees but student interns as well
