1.1 ACKNOWLEGEMENTS

First of all, we would like to thank each member of our group for assisting and helping to get our assignment done. The second person we would like to thank is our class lecture, Ms.Meera for guiding and showing us the best way to do our assignment. She always be patient and explain to us what we need to do when we face problem about our assignment. The third person we would like to thank our college librarian for letting us borrow some newspaper and magazine in order to help us get more information about our assignment. We also like to thank our parents for their financial and never ending support, they help us a lot when we are facing conflict problem by giving synergy among us. All of those people above help us a lot to get our assignment done, and we very appreciate for all those help that you people give it to us. And it would be non-successful without you all. The last person that I wane thank for is God, I thank Him for giving us good health, without his protection we could not done well in our task. Even though the assignment sometimes is hard to do, but we still enjoy it because when the time we spent to do this task, it make we realize that teamwork is something we could never done without. 1.2 ABSTRACT

As one of the most successful fast food chain in the world, throughout the development of McDonald’s, we could easily identify many successful business strategy implementations. In this paper, we will discuss some critical business strategies, which linked to the company’s structure and external environment. This paper is organized as follows: In the first section, we will give brief introduction to the success of McDonald’s.
