Casey Anthony Trial

Assignment #4

-How might you use the strategies for applying creativity to problems and issues in addressing this topic?

Some problems and issues that might occur during this topic would be a lot of freedom of speech’s which everyone can have a say in what had happened and what should have happened. When addressing the Casey Anthony trial people were outraged and upset that a person would do such a thing because they were irresponsible or careless. There is no excuse for it. Another create to problems is the need to investigate further for more problems and issues before it is brought in the public. This trial didn’t have much facts as to what had happened and why. I don’t know if they investigated as much as they could or if the case was not important to them because it seemed to be a very careless case that took a long time and the defendant got off free. It needs more thought out ideas to solve the issues and problems that are still lingering till this day.

As the whole world was tuned in to this trial I know there were ideas that some people had addressed and of course we ignore them. To listen to the curiosity from others could have changed what others had thought. By us all giving our input of what was going on we could have maybe had more of an answer to this outcome and either helped this poor lady or by death. These strategies might have been effective because the lady would have gotten the help that she needed obviously something was wrong, unless she still wanted to be free as what they said...
