Kudler Fine Foods is a gourmet food store that strives on creating a one stop gourmet food shop. The vision of the owner has been driving into the foundation of the company and is why kudler is successful. Knowledge of other products will prepare for potential harm to the organizational expansion ideas and promote longevity of the business.

Most of the research on open innovation take views of organizations core, although whereas soft issues stand less researched. Drawing attention to such aspects such as organizational structure with building a successful business in mind. With increasing technological advances, the need to create not only innovations but also faster innovation has become a part of sustaining or gaining competitive advantage.

Competitive advantage requires response strategies such as growth, internal stability and customer input on how to meet the needs of willing consumers. One information system critical to the business processes of the organization would be a management information system. Many identified advantages of acquiring the management information system are tested and reviewed.

Some of the advantages of the management information system for kudler would be able to highlight their strength and weaknesses due because of the presence of revenue reports, employee performance records, etc. The identification of these aspects can help the company to improve their business processes and operations. In assessing the potential reliability of each system measurements would be taken to ensure success, responses about the systems internal controls related to data accuracy, completeness, and reliability apply categories of potential reliability.
