Group 2 Business Project Proposal

Executive Summary

The A-Z MRO is a startup company that provides maintenance repair and solutions to commercial and private airlines. The company’s goal is to create partnerships with airlines to meet the needs of the maintenance requirements. We will work with our partners to perform and outsource all their maintenance needs. We will do this through a comprehensive business structure that will connect all services, provide up to date information and give the customer a complete up to the minute time line of all maintenance being performed. In the event additional maintenance will be required the customer will be notified and presented with options as well as be able to provide input or ideas to the necessary repairs.

Introduction

A-Z MRO is leader with a clear purpose described in the following statements:

Mission: Deliver responsive maintenance, repair and overhaul engine service intervals and become partners with private and commercial airlines to meet all of these needs.

Vision: Be the preferred provider of innovative engine service solutions through partnerships with them the workforce and the community.

Goals: Deliver aircraft, engines and components to the customer on time and at cost. Ensure commercial airlines industry program acquisitions and life cycle support success through sustainable and viable organic maintenance capability. Develop our people, processes, and facilities to meet and grow with 21st century airline industry challenges.

Objectives: Build a partnership with customers, suppliers and outsourced companies to deliver aircraft maintenance that meet the needs of quality, timeliness, at budget through a continuous process improvement.
