MFG Corporation offered the position in the marketing department as a manager who will be responsible for new customer development. The job requires innovative interaction mechanism such as customer web pages. Communication creative will play a factor because the customers want Terry to be knowledgeable of web pages so that the customer will be satisfied with whatever MFG designs. Terry has a lot of knowledge and a school to back up his knowledge. Being a knowledgeable participant means to bring a clear set of skills to the table. For the jobs that Terry was offered InfoMicro and MFG Corporation are manager position. Managers are asked to take on tasks that require different skills at different times. Managers have to have a vision meaning be creative, confident, and flexible. Creativity means to have the ability to transform resources and create something new to the organization. Confidence means the ability to believe in oneself and assert one’s idea at the proper time. Also being flexible is having the ability to change rapidly.
