Knowledge and learning become perfect when it is associated with theory and practice. Theoretical knowledge gets its perfection with practical application. Recognizing the importance of practical experience, this term paper has been given to be prepared in order to fulfill the preparation for making internship report. The primary goal of preparing this term paper is to gather experience about how researches are conducted and how surveys are done.

We have done this term paper titled “A study on the comparison of customer satisfaction between Grameenphone and Banglalink” is a representation of the overall scenario of consumer behavior toward the telecommunication industry.

The main objective of the study is to identify and compare the levels of customer satisfaction of the Grameenphone and banglalink Subscribers.
