OUR DEFINITION OF STRATEGIC STAFFING

At Inspired Book Editing International we are dedicated to staffing our organization with the best and brightest in the editing world. With that being said our human resource department is diligent in seeking those who have a clear and direct vision of how we plan on achieving our organizations goal. Whether you plan on working in a full-time, part-time, or temporary position our HR department is here to assist until completion of the selection process. They are ready and willing to help with any questions about the selection process and can be reached during our regular business hours. This handbook serves as a guide to assist you and inform you of how we pursue candidates.

JOB ANALYSIS

OUR APPROACH TO THE JOB ANALYSIS PROCESS

Inspired Book Editing International believes that the purpose of the job analysis process for this organization is to place candidates in positions where their knowledge, skills, and abilities can be best used to benefit the organization and themselves. Our job analyses are conducted by our external job analysis consultant. We use job analysis consultants because they are unbiased and have no links to the company other than consulting. By using them we rid ourselves of favoritism and get unbiased advice about potential candidates.
