“ Peanut Butter Girls” was the nickname for my sister and i when we was together. The person who gave us that nickname was our mothers stepfather. Who my sister and i took as our own actual grandfather. What made our grandfather give us that nickname is because my sister and I was always together. For example, we was stuck to each other like a peanut butter sandwich. One weekend when we went camping down Mokuleia. Over at the campsite there is a lot of activities that recommends people to have a partner. So once when the activity coordinator blown the annoying squeaky whistle my sister and I knew right away to find each other because that whistle meant to find a partner, hold the partners hand and raise your hands up. Right when we both find each other we quickly grab each others hand and raise them up. Ever since then my grandfather and most of our family members called us by our nickname. Although we were close, we both also grew older and went on our own different paths.

To begin, during our childhood years my sister Jolynn and I was always tight. We both would always tell each other our problems and struggles that we both have in our own lives. One example is when my sister and i came home one day from school. She looked really angry and bothered. So i asked her “ What was wrong?” She replied “ Some girls in my class was making fun of me because my clothes wasn’t as flashy as the their’s.” Right then and there i gave her the best advice i could which was “ Never let anyone make fun of you. At least you have clothes on.” I also said “As a matter of fact, there is other people out there; who is having a hard time just getting a set of clothes to wear”.
