An example for this would be the European Court of Justice and how it makes decisions for business disputes within the European Union. * Short discussion of any existing trade agreements with Canada and the agencies that make decisions in disputes. * Outline of contractual conditions that must be covered | 1. South Korea has the population which is over 45 million. As one of the developed countries, it has its own language and letters. Korean legal system is very similar to the legal system of Germany. In addition, the similarities also exist between Korea and U.S. President, Parliament, and judiciary play very significant role in the Korean political system on balance and checks among president. It is necessary to point that Korean legal system doesn’t have jury. More than one judge could be in the court to hear cases. Therefore, it is controversial in Korea to enhance the participation of people into the judicial system. 2. In Korea it has its own civil code. Civil disputes are regulated by such code. In different areas, such as lease, employment, and the transaction between merchant would be regulated by different codes such as special statutory code, commercial code, the effects are pretty similar as UCC. 3. CCA—Canadian Cattlemen’s Association has been putting energies to focus on Canada-Korea FTA—Free Trade Agreement. The agreement contains food, agriculture, and some other aspects. 4. Contractual condition has to be concluded by both offer and acceptance. Written contract is more welcomed in courts so that the delegation of contract is generally recognized. | 1.
