The world as it was known about 50 years ago has changed. Because to all of the technology and progress that has been made in industries; the world has become smaller (Ethical Dilemmas of Globalization, 2010). No longer does it take days or even weeks to send international information. Communication internationally can be done in a matter of minutes.

The globalization of business has changed how we perceive the world, the way we make our livelihood and how we relate to others (Ethical Dilemmas of Globalization, 2010). The changes are both on an economic and political level. The world itself has not physically changed how the people and technology has increased our communication with one another.

Globalization is the bringing together countries and people in the world through the reduction of transportation and communication and the breaking down the flow of goods, services, and money (Ethical Dilemmas of Globalization, 2010). All of the changes international business has been brought about by new technologies. Through advertisements by television, there is an influx of new ideas.

Globalization of a multinational company involves operating in different countries but (De George, 2006). It is possible for products that are made in the U.S., another part in Taiwan, assembled in China and marketed throughout different countries. All of those steps are coordinated through telecommunications; computers, cell phones, and satellite communications (De George, 2006).

However, with the changes comes issues with the crossing of international boundaries, there is terrorism, different types of diseases, environmental issues and a quick access to capital (Ethical Dilemmas of Globalization, 2010). Because people can now go more than 50 miles outside of their domains through technology; information can be accessed through internet news in a matter of seconds....
