Asia/Pacific Campus Academic Policies
Policies and procedures for the on-campus classes are as stated in the website policies labeled “all modalities” or “on-campus” with the exceptions and/or additions below.
Attendance
In our 6-week class format, as noted in the policies statement, you can miss one class with no sanctions other than the loss of participation points.
Second absences are not allowed except in the case of a Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) for active military or DOD personnel or other extraordinary situations. The Director of Academic Affairs (DAA) for the UOP Military Asia campus must grant the excused absence. To apply for the excused absence, you should submit a copy of your TDY orders or other documentation to me so that I can submit the request to the DAA.
Late Assignments
The Asia-Pacific Campus will follow the policy stated for Online/Axia, except assignments are due no later than the date/time specified in the syllabus. Assignments are late if they do not meet the requirements.
