EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project must finish within 60 days with 10 staff with minimum financial cost. The primary budget is $25,400 and the estimate time to finish this project is 67 days, when not work on parallel and wait to complete each task. We found a way to achieve the goal of delivering the project within 60 days as minimum cost possible.

INTRODUCTION AND PROBLEM STATEMENT

Dr. Adinombe Watage, deputy director of the Family Planning Research Center in Nigeria's Over-The-River Providence, was assigned the task of organizing and training 5 teams of field workers. The project is to demonstrate acceptance of a new method of birth control. There are10 persons will be working on this project. Two types of materials must be prepared: 1. Those for use in training the workers. 2. Those for distribution in the field. Bellow is the breakdown of the activities and tasks and each cost assigned.
