I have been worked for Vodafone for 2 years. As to your request of 1 August 2012, I hereby attach my report why Vodafone choose Cloud service.

The report provides a detailed analysis of the development of Cloud Service. The following aspects were analysed:

Cloud computing infrastructures

Cloud computing as major change for its business strategies

I investigated the cloud-base and UC service how important for Vodafone business from my work experience.

Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are made with regarding to cloud computing can decrease cash outflow and enhance the customer base and to get competitive advantage for Vodafone and ensure it continuity and being proactive to have a competitive advantage to push it forward and boost its position higher than other carriers .
