Account Activation and Login Procedures

Profiles in the CMA Canada Professional Programs website are created by the staff in each provincial/regional office. Users will not be able to access the website until an automated email invitation is received and the process for activating their unique account is completed. The following instructions have been prepared to provide guidance on the activation and login process. 1. All users must add the domain cma-cpp.com and the address support@cmacpp.com to the “safe senders” list in their computer email program in order to ensure that the automated notifications sent by the CMA Canada Professional Programs website will be received. 2. The provincial/regional CMA office will create each user’s website profile and send an email invitation. (You will receive the notification in the language preference noted in the CMA member database.) The email message is as follows:

Hello: Your user profile has been added to the CMA Canada Professional Programs website. In order to access the website, you must activate your account and create a unique password. Click on the following link and follow the activation prompts: *** link will appear here*** If you have any questions about this e-mail, please contact the national CMA Canada office support link at support@cma-cpp.com. Sincerely, CMA Canada
