As we all are aware, this corporation must adhere to compliance policies and guidelines set for the by our President, COO, CFO, executive managers, and directors. Governance of this plan will be comprised of the following employees: Chief Operating Officer, Hugh McCauley, Senior Vice President, Kenneth Collins, Vice President of Operations, mark Neitzel, Vice President of Transportation, Clyde Cousins, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Charles Lacy, Vice President of International Operations, Charles Williamson, Chief Legal Counsel, Lowell Bradford, Vice President of Product Support, Bob Havingh, Chief Information Officer, Maria Trisnh, and Director of Human Resources, Yvonne McMillian, including an appointed compliance officer. This team will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring the organization’s compliance efforts. Chief Legal Counsel, Lowell Bradford along with our COO will be the compliance officers until a position can be created to transfer full responsibility to this duty.

The duties of the compliance officers are to report all significant and pertinent compliance issues directly to our CEO for review and resolution. They will oversee and direct the plan as well as be accountable for governing the organization regarding compliance expectations, practices, identify risks and plan for corrective action, (Compliance Plans, 2006). The purpose of the plan is to ensure compliance within the law, the corporation’s strategy, policies, as well as its guidelines. The goal is to provide accountability to all stakeholders in the company. The main focus of this committee will be to govern internal controls, oversight and management of risk, oversight of the entity’s financial statements, and review of the compensation arrangements for the CEO and other executives, (Institute of Business Ethics, 2003). This committee must strive to meet and exceed all areas of the law, meaning all goals must be well defined.
