Answer the Opening case question in page 120 Question number 1 “Knowledge: Do you consider Facebook, MySpace, and Linkedln forms of disruptive technology or sustaining technology?” based on the case Social Media and Ashton Kutcher. Describe each one as to what they are and then justify how you will classify them. Sample answer format is provided in the content page.
